Musician Rickman Manrick is cooking up a fresh body of work and has his sights set on a rising star to join him on the project. The “Bango” singer recently revealed that he is working on a new music album scheduled for release later this year and he publicly expressed interest in collaborating with fast-rising artist Tracy Melon.
In an interview with a local television station, Rickman showered Tracy Melon with praise, describing her as exceptionally talented with captivating vocals and an appealing voice that would add depth and soul to his upcoming album.
“I am working on an album and would want Tracy Melon to feature on it. Whoever reaches out to Tracy, please make sure she sees this message. She is super talented,” Rickman said.
While he didn’t disclose the number of tracks or release date for the album, the singer’s excitement was evident, particularly about creating music with fresh, young talents.
Rickman also took time to commend other young artists who have dominated the music scene this year, giving a special shout out to Ava Peace, Joshua Baraka, and Kapeke. He credited them for setting the pace and inspiring others in the industry.
“They have been at the top and pushed us: Joshua Baraka, Kapeke, and Ava Peace,” he noted.
