Traditional performances by the Impundu Cultural Group and the Royal Drums—recognized as a UNESCO heritage ensemble—offered a powerful tribute to African storytelling and cultural identity, grounding the event in heritage while bridging contemporary expression.
The momentum continued with captivating performances from Doch Dodava and Blac Queen, before Ssewa Ssewa and Prof Joewi delivered a dynamic fusion set that blended traditional sounds with modern musical elements. Vocalists Aliddeki Brian and Tracy Melon followed with standout performances that resonated strongly with the audience.
