The drama in Young, Famous & African Season 3 unfolds in various ways, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats. One of the main plot points is the tension between Annie, Zari, and Nadia, which only intensifies as the season progresses. 

This tension is further complicated by Naked DJ’s attempts to mediate, but his efforts are short-lived as new conflicts always arise.

The show also explores romantic relationships, the first episode has Zari’s wedding to Shakib Lutaaya, which brings both unity and chaos to the group. Meanwhile, Kayleigh’s impatience with Naked’s reluctance to propose creates tension in their relationship. Additionally, Luis’s childhood trauma and his need to create his own family brings adds a deeper layer to his conflict with Ini Edo.

The introduction of new cast members, such as Shakib, Kefilwe Mabote and Ini Edo, shakes up the group dynamics. Kefilwe, in particular, makes a bold entrance at Zari ‘s wedding reception and Ini Edo brings a sense of calm and maturity to the show, earning her the respect of her castmates. khanyi mbau makes appearances for Nadia’s mental health and Naked DJ’s relationship.

These are just a few of the major clap backs between the casts. The show is full of drama, tension, and catty comments, making it a wild ride for viewers.

Annie Vs Zari: The two queens of the show have a long-standing feud, and this season is no exception. They exchange heated words, after Annie calling out Zari for marrying a man younger than her.

Zari retaliates with quick come backs like “You are two faced just like your husband, Mrs Two-Faced!

When Annie tried to put Zari down because of the age difference with Shakib and Zari and the latter said she never dates them old anyway.

Nadia Vs Annie : Nadia and Annie have a tense confrontation at Zari ‘s wedding when Annie calls out Nadia for taking Swanky’s side during Annie and Swanky’s misunderstanding in season two.

Nadia uses every chance she gets to clap back. She tells Annie “look at you with your boots like Alice in Wonderland. Another time she calls her Wicked Witch from the West.

Kayleigh Vs Naked: Kayleigh and Naked have a blowout argument over his reluctance to propose. Kayleigh calls him out for being immature, and Naked responds by saying she’s being “too pushy.

Naked also tells Kayleigh to propose to him if she wants marriage. Congratulations to their engagement.

Luis Vs Fantana: Luis had shown interest in dating Fantana in season two but in season three, it was hot pepper spray.

Fantana attacked Luis saying he is running fake businesses and he said she has no music career. Luis asked Naked to name three of her songs.

Naked replied ” Does Fantana have three songs?”

Kefilwe Zari: Kefilwe and Zari have a tense confrontation. Their tension begins during Zari and Annie’s tense confrontation. Kefilwe asks for silence during Zari and Annie’s confrontation and Zarie asks “who died?”
