Talent Africa Group has announced the start of ticket sales for the upcoming Roots & Vibes cultural and music experience scheduled for May 2, 2026, at the Ndere Cultural Centre.
The event is being organised in partnership with MTN Uganda and Abeeka, and is expected to bring together music lovers and culture enthusiasts for a celebration that blends African heritage with contemporary entertainment.
According to the organisers, Roots & Vibes is designed to highlight African identity through music, fashion and immersive cultural experiences, positioning it among the notable entertainment events on Uganda’s 2026 calendar.
Tickets for the event are now available through the MTN MoMo App and via the USSD code *165*20#, allowing fans to conveniently secure access using mobile money.
Ticket prices have been structured in three categories: Early Bird tickets at Shs30,000, ordinary tickets at Shs50,000, and VIP tables for eight people priced at Shs3,000,000.
Set within the cultural setting of the Ndere Cultural Centre, the event will feature an evening-to-late programme combining live music performances, dance and other high-energy entertainment elements rooted in African cultural expression.
Speaking about the initiative, Aly Allibhai, the Chief Executive Officer of Talent Africa Group, said the experience aims to go beyond entertainment by promoting African cultural pride.
“Roots & Vibes is more than just an event; it is a movement celebrating African identity through music and culture. Our partnership with MTN Uganda helps expand accessibility while strengthening support for Uganda’s creative industry,” Allibhai said.
