In a bid to maintain clarity on the public rift between musician-turned-politician Bobi Wine and Gagamel boss Bebe Cool, the latter instructed his wife, Zuena Kirema, to cease communication with Barbie Kyagulanyi, Bobi Wine’s wife.
The two couples had previously been close friends, thanks to their husbands’ collaboration in the Fire Base crew. However, following the deterioration of Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine’s friendship, Bebe Cool deemed it necessary to limit interactions between their wives. He cited concerns that their continued communication could be misinterpreted by fans, potentially fueling speculation that the feud is merely a publicity stunt.
Interestingly, Bebe Cool echoed Zuena’s sentiments regarding the comparison of their children. He advocated for fans to refrain from drawing parallels between Bobi Wine’s children (Solomon Kyagulanyi and Shalom Namagembe, and his own (Alpha Ssali and Beata Ssali). This plea stems from the fact that the children grew up together, unaware of their fathers’ animosity, having been born during a period of collaboration and friendship between Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine.
