Talent Africa Group has announced the launch of Roots & Vibes, a new music and cultural event slated for May 2, 2026, at the Ndere Centre in Kampala.
The event, which has now opened for ticket sales, is being positioned as a vibrant celebration of African music, lifestyle, and community, aimed at bringing together Kampala’s youthful and culturally attuned audiences. Organisers say the experience will blend live performances, immersive entertainment, and a curated atmosphere rooted in African rhythm and expression.

In a notable shift toward digital convenience, tickets for the event will be sold exclusively via MTN MoMo. Revelers can purchase their tickets through the MTN MoMo App under the “Buy Ticket” option or by dialing 16520# on their mobile phones, in a move designed to streamline access and enhance efficiency.
Early bird tickets are currently priced at Shs30,000, while standard tickets will retail at Shs50,000. Organisers have encouraged early purchase, citing limited availability of discounted tickets.
Set against the backdrop of the Ndere Centre, a venue known for its rich cultural heritage, the event is expected to offer a high-energy yet culturally grounded experience, reflecting a growing appetite for hybrid entertainment formats that merge tradition with contemporary urban culture.

The event is backed by a lineup of corporate partners, including MTN MoMo, Tusker Malt, SafeBoda, Pepsi, Capital FM, and NBS Television, signalling strong industry support for lifestyle-driven entertainment experiences.
Talent Africa Group, one of East Africa’s leading event management and entertainment companies, has built a reputation for producing large-scale concerts, festivals, and curated experiences.
