Kampala’s high-end social scene is gearing up for what organisers describe as one of the city’s most exclusive lifestyle gatherings as Le Brunch de Paris prepares to make its debut later this month.
Scheduled for May 17 at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel, the upscale daytime experience is positioning itself as more than a conventional brunch event, targeting diplomats, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, fashion enthusiasts, creatives, and Kampala’s luxury lifestyle crowd.

Organisers say the event aims to blend fine dining, fashion, music, networking, and hospitality into a Paris-inspired social affair designed around elegance and refined social interaction.
Running from 11am to 7pm, the experience is expected to feature gourmet cuisine, premium wines, signature cocktails, curated entertainment, and immersive décor inspired by contemporary Parisian culture and luxury aesthetics.
Fashion takes centre stage
A major highlight of the event will be its themed dress code, Pastels in Paris, which organisers say is intended to transform the venue into a live fashion showcase inspired by Parisian spring style and luxury resort culture.
Guests are being encouraged to embrace soft pastel palettes including blush pink, lavender, powder blue, mint green, champagne, ivory, and muted neutrals.
Women are expected to lean into elegant silhouettes, statement hats, pearl accessories, gloves, designer handbags, and polished daytime glamour, while men are being encouraged to opt for tailored linen suits, pastel blazers, loafers, silk accents, and refined contemporary styling.
According to organisers, fashion is expected to play a central role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the event, turning the brunch into a visual celebration of style, culture, and sophistication.
Beyond food and entertainment
While brunch remains at the core of the experience, organisers say the event is equally being positioned as a premium networking platform bringing together influential personalities from business, diplomacy, entertainment, and the creative industries.
The concept reflects a growing trend within Kampala’s urban social scene, where lifestyle events are increasingly evolving into curated experiences centred around exclusivity, aesthetics, networking, and cultural identity.
Over recent years, Kampala has seen rising demand for luxury daytime events that merge hospitality, fashion, music, and social engagement, particularly among younger professionals and affluent urban audiences.

Tickets and partnerships
Tickets for the event are priced at Shs300,000 per person, while group packages for six people are available at Shs1.5 million. Reservations can be made online through TAG Ticketing or physically at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel lobby.
Organisers have urged guests to secure reservations early, citing limited table availability and growing interest within Kampala’s premium social circles.
Le Brunch de Paris is being organised by Alliance Française Kampala in partnership with Talent Africa Group, Sheraton Kampala Hotel, TotalEnergies, Calvet, and SafeBoda.
The partners say the collaboration is aimed at delivering a world-class fusion of hospitality, fashion, music, and premium entertainment as Kampala’s appetite for curated luxury experiences continues to grow.
